House rules
Please read these rules before coming to a gira. They help us welcome everyone with care and respect.
Visiting hours
- Fridays at 7pm.
- There is no set finishing time. The gira continues according to the spiritual needs of the work. The closing is never rushed, as we respect the time of the entities.
Queue tokens
- Tokens are given out on a first-come, first-served basis.
- You may not hold a token for someone else.
While you wait
- Switch off your phone or set it to silent.
- Avoid speaking loudly and keep your thoughts elevated.
- Avoid dark or revealing clothing.
- Pay attention to your token number being called.
During the consultation
- We suggest you do not choose your medium. Let the spirituality choose what is best for you. If you have a preference for a specific medium or entity, please inform the nearest cambone so your choice can be properly respected.
- Pre-booked cases or ongoing treatments may take priority over the token order; their urgency must be respected.
Minors
- Children and adolescents (under 18) must be accompanied by a responsible adult (over 18) at all times.
- A minor is seen together with their guardian. If there is only one guardian, they must attend the consultation together with the minor. A minor may not be left unaccompanied in the assistance area while the guardian is being seen.
- Minors may not be seen at giras de esquerda (left-line sessions), even when accompanied by a guardian.
- Any exceptions will be communicated only by the Pai de Santo.
Volunteers
- Opportunities for volunteers are open all year round.
- Becoming a volunteer requires commitment, responsibility and a genuine wish to practise charity.
