Tenda Umbanda com Esperança, based in Bournemouth, United Kingdom, is the controller of your personal data.

Data we collect

Identification and contact data (name, email, phone), messages sent through the forms and, for members, emergency contact data and, with explicit consent, sensitive data (health and spiritual data).

Purposes

To reply to enquiries, manage the community and the activities of the house, and ensure the safety of participants during the sessions.

Legal basis

Consent and the legitimate interests of the religious community, under the UK GDPR.

Sensitive data

Health and spiritual data are encrypted and accessed only by the leadership (Pai de Santo and Administration), with the explicit consent of the data subject.

Retention

We keep data for as long as the relationship with the house lasts and for the period required by law (financial records up to 7 years).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data. To exercise them, contact us through the contact page.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Processors (for example, Supabase, Twilio) process data on behalf of the house under appropriate agreements.

Images

Images are published only with care and respect; we never publish identifiable faces without authorisation (Article 10 of the Agreement).
